"We purchased a new gas RUUD water heater from them after our 25 year old water heater decided to give up the ghost. They were able to work around my schedule and arrived on time. We had used NCM before so we know their work is good. Mike came out and installed our water heater with a helper and had it hooked up and going within 2 hours. They were both very friendly to my 3 year old and explained what they were doing to him as if he were an adult (he's very curious). The price was reasonable and we got a better unit for our money than others were offering. We couldn't be happier with the service or the water heater. Will definitely hire again."

"The installer and his helper, were here at the time they said and got the old one out, after the water was drained, and got the new one in fast. They did have to wrestle the new one in, because of the small space I have here in my condo, but they got in in. I have used it to take a showers since, and it is great. The new one is quiet, I don't hear the flame coming on to heat the water. The temp was a little too high, but I have changed that down some."

Mike from Tom Drexler called to let me know he was on his way, gave me the estimate before starting work, and explained what he was doing and why. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the pipes quickly and made sure it was working properly before leaving. I was very satisfied with the service. The price was more than I was expecting but I am happy to have this fixed, as it was causing leaks in my kitchen ceiling and I should not have any other issues. I will be requesting Mike for any future plumbing issues."
