They were very prompt with responding to my request to be contacted approximately three minutes after I asked they called they were out the following day and the plumber was neat courteous very polite explained everything in great detail and made every effort to get everything done in one day which he did All work was done I was very pleased with the excellent Quality work. Then came back the next day and did the work: replace 2 toilets (exactly as requested); replaced a faucet; replaced washing machine hoses and dual shut off valve; repaired crack in catch basin drain. I've been trying for 1 1/2 years to get a plumber to do this work. I'm VERY pleased with the work and the guys were very nice to my dog."

"The company replied quickly and gave an estimate as requested. We were quoted for 2 new shut offs and 3-5 replacement shut offs. The plumber only brought 5 fittings, but he gave me the option to run to Home Depot to get more... I was also instructed to replace a hose which wasn?t leaking until after the repair, but it was easily fixed when I suggested to connect the new hose to the pipe rather than to the leaking hose. Sharkbite valves were installed. If I knew they were going to be used, I would have done the work myself. The plumber was proficient with the Sharkbites, I just expected that a pro plumbing company would solder. When the plumber left, there were no leaks, and I didn?t feel like making an issue of the other 2 valves which I wanted installed."
