He asked some questions regarding the toilet and suggested the best solution would be to replace it. We scheduled a date for the removal and replacement and he would procure the necessary items to complete the job. Ebert had an excellent understanding of how those systems were constructed and how to best diagnose where the problems were via a fiber optic camera snake.
