"Steve arrived when estimated and determined what needed to be done, left for a while and retuned with a very good water heater and drip pan and began the change out. He cleaned the area and hauled the old water heater away. The installation looked professional."

At George Brazil, we strive to provide the best and most comprehensive customer service experience you have ever had. One of the ways we do this is to go over with you our agenda card. "Great experience from start to finish. Our technician, Leo, was extremely thorough and upfront about possible solutions to our issue. He was very forthright and honest about everything that needed to be explored as he went. He even provided options for removing minimal drywall for a clean, safe replacement of the existing gas pipe. I appreciated his attention to detail to replace the line in the most clean approach with the existing structure -- not an easy task from what other competing bids were proposing. Great work from a solid company."
