"I had the out to deal with a small animal burrow under my pier and beam house. The plan had been to add a one way gate/door to the burrow opening to force the critters out. When he inspected the den it was clearly abandoned. He offered to fill it with concrete, but I had him fill it back in with dirt mounds around it. All this and he only charged the diagnostic visit fee. The tech was polite and helpful."
