"I tried several companies and Poseidon was the only one who could do a simple toilet repair within a week. Additionally, their policy is to provide a no-cost estimate. Other companies charged for this and did not apply it to the cost if I wee to proceed. The technician arrived on time (after calling as promised to alert me), accurately diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. Charge was slightly below other estimates. I will definitely use Poseidon again if needed."

I also asked if she could look in my attic for any damage and mold from my repair last year. Dale came out, within the hour, and fixed the oddly loosened shingles. He also took the time to look around my entire attic, not just the area where the leak had been. Thankfully, i had no leaks, stains or mold. He was professional, polite and punctual.
