"David and his crew installed a new tankless Water heater for me and I have nothing but good things to say about the unit we chose and the experience all together. If I need any work done on my home in the future I know who I’m calling."

"Jason impressed me so much by the fact that he not only came when he said he would, but called to let me know he was coming. Very pleasant and professional. Reasonably priced. (My brother in law once told me that you don't pay necessarily for what someone does but for what they know!) I think this is a good thing to keep in mind when looking for a "cheap fix." Jason repaired and replaced some ill fitting pipes under my kitchen sink that another contractor had previously put there. He also repair a leaking bathroom faucet. He did not rush, but stayed to make sure every repair he made was fixed and still not leaking. Will not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others. A+ contractor."

"Nate was simply amazing! Arrived promptly and saw what needed to be done, and repaired everything! Very efficient and extremely well done!! Very courteous and respectful. Cleaned up leaving nothing for me to do other than enjoy my hot running water and new bathroom sink!! Strongly recommend based on the work and affordability!!"

"Overall, a great experience. He was transparent, efficient, and kept me posted on the ETA for arrival and completion of the installation. He also explained the post-service steps to make sure I maintain the warranty. Definitely recommend."

"I had an excellent experience with the plumbing work that was done at my mother's home. The job included replacing pipes under the house, as well as servicing and updating plumbing to fixtures throughout the home. Everything was completed professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Communication was clear from start to finish, the work area was kept clean, and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. It's hard to find someone reliable and honest these days, and I truly appreciate the care that went into making sure everything was done right. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing plumbing repairs or upgrades."

"AJ helped me figure out my issue with the water heater. Replaced the elements and our heater was heating again. I’d recommend him, fair price and on time!"

"Very prompt service. They called me right away after I put a request for a plumber and set me up on their schedule. Showed up on time, communicated with me about everything they were doing, cleaned up after the work was done. Very Clean work. My original water heater was in the attic. They pulled the old one out. Had the new one installed in my garage and helped me regulate the water pressure. 10/10 would recommend 100 percent."

"Extremely well. Very knowledgeable plumber, timely in response, pleasant attitude and prepared to answer any plumbing related questions. Will certainly use again. Quality of work was excellent. Tim goes above and beyond in providing service."

"I can’t express enough how much I appreciate the services from Josh, Micah, and Andrew. The customer service went above and beyond. Josh always responds quickly and is always available. Micah was so accommodating and brought a portable AC unit to keep me comfortable until we were able to order a part. She even made sure my puppy had water available in the room with her. Andrew did a wonderful job replacing my blower motor. Thank you so much for the professionalism, knowledge, and most of all; truly caring about your customers."

"Great service and very knowledgeable! My best friend recommended this company so that made me confident in utilizing their service. I'm so glad I did. Living Water Plumbing and Drain did a great job and even corrected a problem that another company created. I would definitely utilize the company again."
