"They installed a hot water heater in less than optimal conditions (a water closet with outdoor access only) on a very cold windy day. The plumbers were quick and efficient. They exhibited a craftmanship we seem to be losing these days."

"Such a positive customer service experience. Tony spent time with me explaining not just hot water heater status, but condition for all faucets & the water softener"

"These guys are on the ball! I came home from work on a Friday and my AC fan wasn’t working. They were able to show up within an hour to repair at a minimal cost. I liked their service so much that I signed up for their yearly service program. Definitely use them!"

"He came and assessed the damaged. Then he said he needed parts, it being old it took a little while to find it. Then he put new part in cleaned the tub nicely. Plumber James was super polite and very competent. Would definitely hire again!!"

"Quoted me a price less than half of what another plumbing company did. Did a better job faster. Did not try to sell me a bunch of extra crap like they did. Prompt. Polite. Got my new water heater installed in less than an hour. I would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat."

"Ron showed up promptly and my work was discussed my work and he gave me a price with materials which came in nearly to the dollar. Showed up on time and with a good attitude and professional appearance; promptly started work. Did what could be done first day setting posts in cement, framed out & painted door frame and stained and hung new gate. Next morning once again on time, finished what remained, cleaned up the work areas and we walked the jobs to be sure I was satisfied. Will use and recommend Ron not just for quality of work but for the attitude he approached his work with.

"Tim came out and quickly told us it wasn't our water heater that was the problem -- a previous repairman came out, look at our water heater for about a minute, and declared we needed a new one. It ended up being a clogged hose from our AC that was backing up. Tim saved us THOUSANDS of dollars and restored our faith in service people. We will be Mr. Rooter customers FOR LIFE."

"Super fast, came the next morning. Very professional and did a lot of work to get it completed in one day. The work looks amazing! The best part was it turning out to be a bigger job than expected and they jumped right on it and fixed the leak as well as having someone there to do the repairs to the wall and the floor. Very reasonably priced!! I highly recommend this company!!! I won’t go to anyone else!!"
