From day one, Jakeob did a great job giving the initial assessment and explaining the options that were available for the circumstances. A few plumbing companies were contacted for estimates but Service Squad Plumbing, Jakeob, did the best job communicating what needed to be done. The great communication continued throughout the process while the work was being done. The job was completed within the estimated time frame that was initially given. Jakeob and Nathan kept it professional the whole time as they fought against the Texas weather. There were so many days of rain during this project, it was a constant battle against the rain entering the tunnels under the slab, the steamy sauna feeling of the air when the sun would come out and the swarm of mosquitoes that apparently also enjoyed the tunnels."

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

"Storm responded promptly to my email and was able to come by the same morning. He determined that the turbines were damaged and would need to be replaced. We already had some of the roof shingles. Storm went to Home Depot and purchased the replacement turbines and installed them and replaced the necessary shingles. He inspected the roof and added some needed silicone caulk. Storm detected the smell of methane from one of the turbines and asked to take a look in the attic. He showed me where one of the bathroom vent pipes was clearly damaged and we agreed that he would return the next day to repair the pipe.
