When I was skeptical regarding his guess about the source, he and his assistant dug up the yard a bit to confirm the source was not underground. (Tony was right all along--it wasn't.) He also looked at our water heater (which they do routinely, apparently) and saw that our expansion tank was not functioning. He explained why this mattered, why it likely wasn't working (age), and replaced it."

They also did some work on a water line in my garage. They replaced a pipe that was freezing and replaced it with a pipe that would expand. They did not have enough wrap to wrap the whole pipe, but they came back in a few days and finished wrapping the pipe. I did not even have to call and remind them. They just came out and did it."
