"I am having a truly unpleasant experience with 7th State Builders. I paid 14,450.00$ deposit in good faith. They were contracted to rebuild my deck, place a roof structure and screen on the deck. I trusted that they would complete the work. Instead, they took my money and one year later had not even started on the project. Not only did they fail to perform the agreed-upon services for the deck, but I was forced to hire an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Which I haven?t yet (over one year). Thus, creating unnecessary expenses to an already frustrating situation. I would strongly advise against using this company. "We used Mailbox Xpress in the summer of 2022, and I have been remiss in not submitting a review. Jimmy was very easy to work with, responsive and friendly but professional. He replaced our old rusty mailbox with both a new mailbox and wood post. Jimmy even took the metal numbers from our old mailbox, painted them, and placed them on the other side of our wood post at no charge. "I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Phoenix. If you're looking for a quality fence at a reasonable price look no further. Jeff and Karen were incredible to work with. We had 5 different companies come out for quotes and Jeff's thorough, no-nonsense explanation of fence types and prices made it an easy choice. When we decided to switch a portion of the fence from picket to picket w/ cap-board, I called Karen expecting the quote to be more expensive but she and Jeff said they could do it for the same price. Despite being told it was a two week wait, I got a call from Karen that they could install it the same week. Both Jeff and Karen are extremely professional and their communication made the project a stress-free, enjoyable experience. The workers, who were all brothers, were incredible. I was shocked by the speed with which they tore down the old chainlink fence, which was installed 60 years ago and had literally grown through the trunk of two trees. They methodically installed the new 218 square foot fence in one day, making sure everything was done properly. When the job was done, one worker insisted on grabbing a tool and coming back an hour later to remove a very stubborn old fence post. This level of detail and craftsmanship is hard to find nowadays. The fence has transformed our backyard and we couldn't be more happy!"

"Kenny did a great job. I would recommend him for your playset and basketball goal needs. On replacing the pad pn the bottom of our Gorilla basketball goal, Kenny knows what he is doing. I would recommend utilizing a professional on this as he explained that when you install the padding on the goal you are drilling very close to glass backboard and iy could shatter the glass if you are not careful/don't know what you are doing."
