"Steven and his crew did incredibly professional, high-quality work. His laid back demeanor and solid communication skills made it easier to stomach the unexpected water damage repair to my home. The total came in slightly below the quote that he gave me, as well. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough and I plan to use them for a massive remodel that we hope to do in the near future."

"Service was great from start to finish. A-plus remodeling was fast and efficient."

"We cannot say enough good things about Sergio! Very fast, very thorough and just a very kind guy. You definitely want him to do all of your remodeling work."

"Joseph remodeled our bathroom and did an amazing job. Extremely trustworthy and detail oriented. Great with communication as well, which I appreciated. I strongly recommend."

"We were struggling to find reliable and affordable contractors for a bedroom remodel. After a couple of false starts with 2 other contractors, we used Home Advisor and found Ford Siding & Remodeling. They were everything we hoped for: Respectful. Reliable. Affordable. Communicative. Hard working. Always thinking 10 steps ahead. They did excellent work, cleaned up after themselves and communicated throughout the project. When we’re ready to do our bathroom remodel, Ford Siding and Remodeling will be our first call. Highly highly recommend."

"Robert has done two remodeling projects in my home. He remodeled a sun room and kitchen. Both jobs, especially the sun room have been transformative. He is extremely professional and personable. He was always on time with both projects and never went over the quotes. I will be using him for future projects."

"Joe Marshall brought in some subcontractors: great guys, very experienced. When they came, the came to WORK, and they worked really hard and really well. Making over my garage will be a 3-phase job, and this was just Phase One: Dry wall, ceiling fan, and a waterline/sink into the projected bathroom. Great communication between them and me, great job, and I always knew what to expect. The garage looks good, all sheetrocked and the walls painted with trim, and they put a shut-off valve on the waterline, which is very convenient. They put in little details like that, very experienced, very professional."

"If I had hired BLM Remodel early in my project, I would not had the headaches I encountered with the other 2 incompetent contractors I dealt with. BLM Remodel will be THE ONLY contractor I will use as long as I am in North Carolina! This company is a blessing in disguise."
