If there are any subcontractors required, Steven is always there overseeing the project. At all times I’m kept informed as to the progress of the job. This is done verbally and with pictures. "APlus did a fantastic job for us. Remodeled a full bath and a small room off the kitchen. These rooms had OLD paneling and sagging floors. Carlos' crew showed up and tore those rooms down to the studs and floor joists. Replaced everything and both rooms look beautiful. The crew worked unbelievably effectively and were very courteous. The work was completed in just 2 weeks at an extremely attractive price. This job went so well, we immediately had APlus drywall the walls and ceiling of another room, removing an old fireplace insert in the process. Again, the work was efficiently performed and a great price. Looking at project 3 right now!!! I would recommend APlus for your construction or remodeling jobs."

Sergio was very professional and did a great job managing the logistics of our project from start to finish. Sergio completed the permit process with the county, scheduled the necessary sub-contractors needed for the job, scheduled the necessary inspections with the county, and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Antonio took the lead on completing most of the work in our home supervising their team of workers as they completed the framing, insulation, sheetrock, painting, crown molding, and trim carpentry work. He installed LVP in two rooms. He also replaced the plywood behind the vinyl siding on our house, and he refinished and stained our stairs to perfectly match the new flooring.
