"The job went great! They were able to remove a very large drainpipe that was 5 feet below the road. Additionally they installed a larger pipe for us, and did an excellent job getting it seated in place and covering it up. The road going into our farm doesn't flood anymore and the water is able to drain nicely on the sides where they helped dig the angle much better than any piece of farm equipment we had on hand. Mr. Lozy was kind enough to help us dig a really small pond for the deer as well. With his excavator it took 3 minutes, what would have taken me 18 hours and a broken back to do with a shovel."

"Their response as quick. They complete the repair in less than one hour. They were competent and efficient."

"Cody West is the man! Hey showed up and diagnosed my issue quickly and changed my water heater out in just a couple of hours! I highly recommend this company! They exceeded my expectations!"

"The technician, Steven, was very polite and friendly and knowledgeable about my plumbing issues. He was going to provide an estimate, but I discovered while he was at my house that the work was covered by my builder."

"On December 25th, the toilets, sinks, showers, and washing machine in our home were backing up. We called All Plumbing Services of Triad at 8:00am the next day on 12/26/21 which was still the Christmas holiday weekend. They returned our call immediately and Sunder Khemlani who is the owner came to our home to evaluate the problem and cleared a drain coming out of the house. The next morning Sundar and Dave came out at 11:00 to do a sewer line sectional repair. Roots had grown into the sewer line. The communication and customer service we received was exceptional. The cost for the repair was very reasonable. My husband and I will always use this company in the future for any plumbing issues and will recommend them to all our friends and neighbors. Thank you Sunder for your caring nature and the outstanding plumbing services you provide to your customers."

"Did a great job fixing my blocked sewer line. Fixed it in a one day time frame."

"Quality Service Today replaced my septic tank and the drainfield. From the beginning I felt at ease with the process thanks to the awesome customer service I received. When it was time for the installation the technicians kept me informed the entire time and answered all of my questions. I know who to call for any of my plumbing or septic needs."

"Very professional and friendly. Quick response time and work was done same day in a speedy manner. Will use again if needed."

"My experience with Chuck and Michael and Son exceeded all expectations! When Chuck arrived, he set clear expectations on what to expect during his time at my home. He was so courteous and personable. He even wore booties to protect my floors without my asking! He was the most thorough technician I have ever had at my home. He put me at ease with his thorough inspection of my electrical system after we experienced issues in our panel. My overall experience was fantastic from the initial call to the completion of the job. He cleaned up after himself. Iâ d give Chuck and Michael and Sons 100 stars if it were an option. I will definitely be using them again!"
