"I hired Ramos Wildlife Removal very recently. Daniel was very professional and to say he was knowledgeable in small animal/wildlife removal would be an understatement. Daniel explained what services he would provide based on the suspected challenge. He was well versed in specific challenges relating to the type of animal and the tactics and remedies available to trap and or exclude the animal from the residence. Daniel concluded correctly that a raccoon was in my attic. He prescribed a plan, set up his equipment accordingly and explained what to expect and when. All went according to Danielâ s expectations, fully excluding the raccoon within a couple days. Daniel returned to sanitize and clean attic and perform other work. "provided initial extermination of pests (roaches and rodents).  I love the response time from the time i submitted the question from Angie's site to Modern, the rep, Dave contacted me the next day to talk about what i needed and indicated he could have some come out right away--which is what i wanted.
there was a little snag in the technician's arrival time, but when I called the office to confirm that the technician would still be arriving, the gentleman answering the phone indicated there was a mix up and the technician was on his way.
My majority age daughter was home when the technician visited and she indicated he was thorough.
I must admit trying to get follow up info on scheduling monthly service and whether or not they'll give me a credit for the next service has had a wrinkle, with no follow up (sent email asking for credit on next service since the provider offered a coupon at time of service, and while I mentioned it in our coordinating discussions, my daughter--who can't remember anything if it's not relative to her world) :) forgot to give the tech the coupon. 
I also called this morning (10/14) asking for a schedule and price and was told tech would return call but didn't receive by end of business (10/14)
I realize that when you're on the go and trying to manage communications things slip through the cracks; I believe this is a family owned business and i highly support family owned small businesses over the big guy/gal businesses, so I'll be patient for a couple more days.

"On a Sunday morning we heard a sound in our fireplace flue. Apparently a squirrel had fallen down our chimney (there was a cap but no screen) and was stuck. I called a few “wildlife services” that were open on Sundays and none dealt with catching a squirrel; only places that would set traps. One man wanted $300 to open flue and let the squirrel run out the front door. That was not a solution for us. I called a few places on Monday morning and the first to return call was Philadelphia Wildlife Removal. They are apparently a referral service because they said a person would return call. I then heard from Tom M. who works for Conserv Pest & Wildlife Service. He said the price was $199. He was here by 1pm and came on time. He attempted to entice the squirrel into a bucket. The squirrel was not going to move. Plan B was to drop a cord down the chimney with bait and the squirrel would probably go up the rope and out of chimney. He used our neighbor’s roof to get to the chimney . He said to listen the next day. I did and heard no sound. I assumed the squirrel left. I then opened the flue to release the cord and the DEAD squirrel dropped out. I removed him with barbeque tools and discarded him (poor squirrel). Tom was great though and worked for quite a while trying o entice him. The price was fixed so if he had to climb on roof or come back again, it was included. He even offered to put in a screen.
