Turns out nothing serious needed to be worked on, just a few little adjustments. I was worried a couple things might need a few holes in the wall to fix. Did a few things I was too wary or stupid to try, but it seems like everything is good now. Well, other than the kitchen faucet which I will definitely be calling him to install for me when I get it. The visit charge was well worth it if only for my peace of mind and very much worth it since I know some people would have gone ahead and made those holes and maybe even done some unnecessary work.
