He provided me estimate for the repair and went over every detail of it with me. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very professional and performed the job as promised. I have a large house that was built in 1902 and was NOT able to find anyone willing to tackle my problem. Acculevel came in and fixed every issue. My house has a tight crawl space but Acculevel was able to replace a beam and the sister joist. In addition provided support and leveled out my floor. "Patrick went above and beyond with the inspection of our home. He spent overt 6 hours going over every detail of the house. He explained things that need to be addressed, how it affects the house, and preventative care. He really made is feel comfortable with the purchase by letting us know what exactly is wrong. After all the repairs are done with the house, we are going to have him come back and do another inspection to verify everything had been fixed. You can probably find someone who may do it cheaper or in less time, but it may cost you in the long run. Hire Patrick for your inspection and you wool have confidence in the home you are buying"

"It went very well. I contacted B-Dry and I was able to set up an appointment for an estimate very easily. While setting up the appointment, they let me know they had done a similar repair on the house back in 2001 (two owners ago), and that repair has held up to time. I scheduled the appoinment, they showed up on-time and completed the repair of the new crack that was letting water in. They also threw in chipping out some 'honeycombing' in the foundation that would very rarely let a trickle of water into the basement at no extra charge. While it hasn't rained yet since they repaired of the new crack, given that the 2001 repair hasn't given me any issues, I'm very confident that the new repair will hold up well. Overall, they did a great job!"
