"I was searching on HomeAdvisor for a plumber to replace two bathroom sinks and faucets. I read many positive reviews about Butler Plumbing. I received a call from Jeff Butler and we discussed the scope and cost of the project. Jeff offered some knowledgeable suggestions for the project. The pricing for the project was very reasonable and an installation date was set. Both Jeff and Phil arrived on time. Jeff even brought both a bone and a biscuit colored sink to the house so we could get the best match for what we were replacing. I am not aware of any other plumbing companies would do that for a customer. Both men were very professional and friendly. Phil actually handled the installation project. Phil is superb plumber and a perfectionist. His workmanship is excellent. The results of the project were amazing. I am already planning on Butler Plumbing for some additional projects. "Highly recommend! Anthony was EARLY, polite, treated me w/ respect! That man spent ALL day (he had to dig up my old pipes in my yard and reroute) making sure the job was done properly. He identified the problem in minutes! … he’s the water whisperer, my front yard was flooded and he spotted the location of the leak quickly. They were the only company that was able to send someone same day for my plumbing emergency!!! And was 1 of 2 companies that called me after requesting an estimate from all the professionals listed. Anthony would also explain what steps he was taking and any hiccups he faced. All done in a respectful way. I prefer to know what’s happening without hovering over him, and he did exactly that. Now, there was only one negative… after a heavy rain storm, the dirt in the holes for the piping packed in, causing major dips and caverns in the ground. Luckily, I’m capable to fill in the dirt where it lacked. Being a single female, I felt comfortable, respected and not taken advantage of. Highly recommend! Great company! "Let me start by saying that John and Richard have been phenomenal! Weâ ve now used On Tap for three different jobs. One was installing a new kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal. Another was install a new bathroom sink and faucet. The latest was a bathtub that was draining super slow. It was flogged beyond anything and part of the pipe had actually cracked. So that was a partial pipe replacement and a full on drain replacement. Every time Iâ ve had John or Richard come out, theyâ ve always been on time (or given me a call to let me know theyâ re delayed). Theyâ ve always been very professional and courteous. Iâ ve never had to remind them to clean anything up, theyâ ve already cleaned up and put things back where they were. One of Johns mottos that he shared with me was â work the job as if you were working on your own mothers houseâ and theyâ ve definitely lived up to that. Iâ ve never been disappointed and have recommended them to neighbors and friends. Prices are great and they wonâ t make you do things that you donâ t actually need like some other companies will try doing. I trust them to do the work and get it right the first time. "Company responded quickly to inquiry and was on-site within 24hrs. Received high water bill 5x -6x the normal usage with no visible signs of a leak. Concealed leak was found behind exterior wall. Repaired quickly same day. An additional leak was also found on the city’s curbside of the meter due to recent change out to digital meter that was not installed correctly as valve and washers where not replaced. The real customer service was received by owner Danny who provided additional information being requested by insurance company as a claim was filed due to the water damaged caused by the concealed leak at slab/foundation level."
