AXP contacted me on a Sunday and had a technician out by 9:00 on Monday. Felipe was wonderful and gave me an extremely reasonable quote. His boss, Albert came with parts and they did the work. Came across some excessive root problems but fixed the issue that made the job harder and longer but they got the job done!! Very professional and kept me abreast every step of the way. "Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on.
