Difficult job required much digging in several sites to expose necessary tees/joints. Clean up was shoddy because pavers/bricks/stones were removed but not correctly replaced. Also, parts of a deck were (necessarily) removed but not correctly replaced."

"Iâ ve used Joe at Pipers Plumbing for a previous issue with my tankless hot water system. Joe brought my system up to code and added the items needed to do so. We are finishing up a complete remodel of our 2nd floor (which the contractor used his own plumber) we ran into what was originally thought to be a major problem. Our sink, toilet shower and one of the outside hoses ran nothing but HOT water! After spending 30 mins or so trying to figure things out we started discussing where we were going to have to cut in the ceiling of first floor to get access to where we thought the water lines were crossed. (I had many pics and videos of remodel) Joe thought of something. 10 mins later everything was fine and disaster was avoided. The stem in the shower valve wasnâ t installed by previous plumber and it was allowing hot water to feed into the lines. Saved hundreds if not thousands of dollars in work. Then, when I asked what I owed him he said nothing.. $0.. Told me he was glad to help and glad that we were able to fix the issue. When I tried to pay him $100 he continued to turn down the money and told me to consider it my â Veteran Discount â and thanked me for my service in the Marine Corps! Awesome company!"

"I don t know where to begin, they go above and beyond 2 workers showed up on time & worked very diligently!! Water heater leaking & is in the attic after several quotes decided to go with them price beat out everyone and the quote was also final price no added on additional fees. We had hot water right away. Moreover, we had issues with a payment method & he had no problem assisting or trusting me with my payment issue. "Price and service were good. However their pricing method is not transparent. Enoch will ding you big time for small parts needed to install all water heaters. (Note: Enoch disclosed the potential for these charges in the fine print of their bid). For instance, Enoch replaced the water pan... it?s a $5 part at HD and they charged me $40! Same story with some flex tubing... It?s clearly a way to present competitive bid and ?sting? the customer at install... Enoch, just put it in the initial bid! I would have paid them on receipt of the bill but made them wait a few weeks because their pricing practices."
