"We want to thank Justin Gardner of Indiana Foundation Service. Our large back room had a huge crack in it and the floor was badly uneven. Justin inspected the problem inside and out, took a lot of time to explain it to us very clearly, and even showed us videos of how Indiana Foundation Service uses push piers to lift the foundation, and once it is in place, pulls the inside floor up to level. I can't say enough about Justin, who was the very definition of professionalism. He explained the problem and the process for fixing it so clearly that my wife and I both understood it. He gave us an incredibly fair estimate of the cost--to our relief--and scheduled an appointment. I can't begin to tell you how grateful we are to Justin. A total professional and a truly nice and decent man."

"First it was all good but then the lillies came back up in the new grass. When I contacted them they said it would cost another $350 after I already spent over $2000 for what was suppose to be then care of. Talked to Steve after 2 weeks of waiting to hear back from him and basically it was sorry but too bad. I am 70 yr old so I'm digging them out myself and will fill in the dirt and seed again. Just hard to find good customer service even when you look on line for good ratings. Apparently they don't stand by their work."

They insulated the basement and crawl space of our 1893 Plantation home and now our said rooms are warm and inviting. "Really disappointed in the entire experience with grounds quality lawn. Starting with just initiating the job, it took nearly a month to get responses from them and get someone out to start work. I only stuck with it at that point because a family friend said they were good but should have gone with my gut and found another company at that point. The guys they sent were constantly taking breaks and at one point the foreman even grabbed my fishing pole and spent about 30 min fishing while the remaining four watched him. This wouldn't have bothered me as much if the rate I was paying was more reasonable but they were charging me about $600 per hour for the 5 guys so these breaks and fishing sessions were costing me a lot of money. I voiced my concern with the project manager who just made excuses and cared not at all about what was going on. I asked to speak to owner Justin grounds who did the same. Just excused the behavior and had no problem with it whatsoever. All the while no one could explain why the hourly rate was so high when the guys were working so inefficiently. They kept saying the hourly rate was $60 per hour per crew member but charging me double that with no explanation. Not sure if I was just unlucky or if the company is getting complacent and resting on their reputation but I was very unimpressed and I am generally very easy going with these things and rarely complain about having bad service from anyone."

"Was able to get quote for replacing a concrete step and walkway based on cell phone photos and a few measurements. Bid came in $500 below the others. Project manager (Chris) keep me in the loop about delays, but the work crew still came in the following Monday and got the job done in one day, and also cleared some brush without extra charge. All exchanges were professional and efficient, brief on words but big on action. Concrete repairs are expensive but I was very happy with the experience and outcome."

"Mason’s demolished and replaced ou 1200 sq ft driveway in August 2023 at a cost of $11,000. In January 2024 we noticed pitting after two small snowfalls. We had not used any salt on our driveway. Mike Mason blamed it on salt carried over from the street. He proposed that they clean and reapply a sealer on the driveway, at a cost of $1,200, and said it should prevent pitting for 3-4 years. We said if that was the case, the previous sealer must have been poorly applied, if at all. We requested that he clean and reseal on a discounted basis, for that reason. Then he ghosted us. I strongly recommend that you not use Mason’s Northside Concrete, because they misrepresent the quality and durability of their work, and do not stand behind it."
