It was beyond my budget and Vic was very amenable to reducing the scope of work to a point that the re-do was affordable. I was also able to do some work to reduce the costs (painting and installing light fixtures). They gave great recommendations for the finishes and styles and worked with my work schedule to make this project happen. I appreciated their flexibility and they were on schedule and on time when they promised. I'm very happy with the results!!"

"It was a big project (really 3 projects in one) and the end result is great. Their teams of workers are the best. Very skilled and customer focused. They use high quality products. The exterior of our home feels completely remodeled. It took longer than estimated to do the work, due to difficulty getting some supplies during this time and extreme weather (rain then heat). However, it was worth the wait as everything turned out beautifully."

"Overall the project went very well. We interviewed 5 different contractors and picked Vic because we liked his price, we liked the fact that he was going to do most of the work himself, and we felt that we could work with him. The project was supposed to be done in about a month, and ended up taking close to 2 months. Part of the delay was materials and the plumber, and a few days were lost because of surgery and a previously scheduled vacation, but ultimately we did get the bathroom and tub room we had hoped for. Although we were originally considering luxury vinyl, Vic did steer us toward tile. He did an excellent job of installing the tile on the floor and around the new tub, and it all looks beautiful. He also did several small things at the end of the project (such as replacing towel bars in another bathroom, installing a curtain rods and a shade, and replacing an electrical outlet) at no cost."

We worked with him to develop our scope and to answer all questions before signing the contract. He was very helpful in the planning stage and made suggestions for efficiencies, (such as resurfacing the bathtub instead of replacing it). His team showed up as scheduled and the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The pricing was reasonable (not the cheapest but not the most expensive - just realistic and fair), and the quality of the work was excellent. If I have future remodeling needs I would not hesitate to use Gashin Empire again."
