"Had gas water heater flushed, going to have new kitchen faucet installed, and signed up for a yearly maintenance plan"

"After I got a quote from another plumbing service, Donald came in and offered a less expensive solution that would prevent us from paying for potentially unnecessary equipment replacement. He turned out to be correct which cut the price we would need to pay for the repair in half. He was prompt and very efficient while on site and professional in all of our interactions. I would definitely hire him again for any plumbing needs."

"Matt did a great job. He explained every step of the way. He offered educational tips for prevention and maintenance. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of his work. The faucet works as intended, and I do not anticipate any issues."

"Absolutely exceptional service with this company. They were always on time, professional, and reasonable priced. If you ever need your air-conditioning unit repaired or installed i would highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed."

"Adam was the plumber that responded to my request. He quickly identified that the source of the water coming into my basement was not a function of structural failure or a ruptured pipe but a missing seal on current pipes that had been replaced a year earlier. He encouraged me to contact the previous contractor to apply the seal. He was honest, professional, and supportive. He is now my go to plumber and I would highly recommend him and The Original Plumber for service in northern Ga."

"After a pipe burst a couple weeks ago we decided it was high time to replace the defective polyurethane pipe. Justin and crew came highly recommended. They were able to start the job quickly and did a fantastic job! They pointed out (this is a rental property now for us and we are not there often) the washing machine hose was old and frail - they took care of that too....love this kind of eye for detail!"

"Great. Very nice man Was great to explain new things about my new faucet. An stopped the leaks under my sink. I would definitely hire him again. An give him as a referral. He also tighten a nut on the water nob that went to my comode that stopped that leak"

"A week later we still had a leak and called them back out."
