She was very professional and we related to each other quickly. I received 2 other inquiries on Monday morning, but they were not available until later in the week. Loren contacted me, came to my house and made his recommendation as well as gave me a quote for replacement. I was a bit shocked with the price quote because of info Iâ d read online, but realized it had been old information. We talked easily about a number of subjects and he was very courteous as well as explained the process clearly. Levi came as promised today, Tuesday, and with an assistant completed the job including cleanup and hauled away the old (25+ year old water heater) within an hourâ s time. I was very satisfied when hot water was available very soon after that. I greatly appreciate all of the employeesâ professionalism, courtesy, efficiency and communication. He inspected the unit and provided choices and recommendations of what could be done to flush and service so the unit (which was intermittent) would function properly, and the costs involved. He was very patient with my questions, and invited me to observe. Joshua also gave suggestions on proper care and that I should drain the unit during extreme freeze events to prevent damage. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends. Pricing was based on the service performed, rather than an hourly rate. The repair cost was in line with other estimates, which, like everything else, has gone up substantially over the years. based on the excellent and prompt service, I'll certainly call Henco in the future."
