They were available to install within two days (amazing turn around given the "winter freeze" that had occurred just a few weeks before) - three technicians arrived on time and completed the replacement and packed up in less than two hours. I appreciated that they took some time to explain the install and offered suggestions on how to maintain the unit so that it lasts. The unit works great - we've had to turn the heat down even since it's so efficient - haven't had hot water like this in years."

"My house water heater leaked after roughly 8 years and it was a Rheem Professional one (better than the home depot version according to the plumber who installed it) so I decided to replace it with a Bradford White one. I got sticker shock when I called the surrounding plumbers for quotes. In all cases, they wanted to stop by my house to check out and providing the quote. Luckily, my neighbor used Water Heater Pros a few months ago and told me about them. If he knew where I live, the price would be double because plumbers know people who live in nice upscale subdivision can afford the higher price. This was/is terrible IMHO. In fact, when I asked him for a quote this time to replace my water heater, he did exactly that. No such issue with Water Heater Pros. I called Jim Brown (owner of the water heater pros) to schedule the service and was provided up front pricing with all the stuff needed to get done to fit the taller water heater into the same spot along with the Floodstop installation. Even with all of this, the price was still lower than all the quotes I got from local plumbers for just the water heater. Virgil and his crew mate showed up on Monday 10/17/2022 as schedule and about 30 minutes ahead of time. The two installers were very efficient and has all the tools needed to bring the big water heater into the attic without putting a scratch on the water heater itself. The last installer did not have any tool to bring the water heater up so they dragged it up the pull down ladder putting minor dent on the water heater. They was done within 3 hours including clean up and installed exactly all the pieces as they outlined on the website (new pan, ball valve, sediment trap and new gas flex line to replace the old one). I was/am very please with the installation and considered myself lucky to have found Water Heater Pros for hot water tank services. The key for me is up front and clear pricing without the complication of haggling with the plumbers to hopefully not being taken advantage of. Highly Recommended!"

"Heaton Plumbing responded to my emergency and saved the day! I was in the process of repairing my toilet myself. The flange that the toilet is mounted on had broken and I was in the process of replacing it, when I accidently dropped the screwdriver straight down the open sewer line! I called Heaton because I saw that they use a video camera to inspect sewer lines They sent out a crew, that did NOT have the proper camera but they did have a very short, stiff camera that they used to try to locate the screwdriver. The crew told me that they "guessed" the screwdriver had made it all the way down the line and advised me to just put it all back together. I was in a hurry and I ended up just re-installing the toilet (against my better judgment). I ended up talking to the owner Mr. Heaton and told him that I was dis-satisfied with the service. He apologized and offered to refund the service fee which I thought was a nice gesture, but I told him that was not necessary since the crew did attempt to use their small camera. Sure enough, around midnight all of the toilets in the house were stopped up and it was clear that the screwdriver was still in the line! I called Mr. Heaton on his personal cell phone and asked if he could get a crew out to my house first thing to retrieve the screwdriver. Around 8:45 this morning Nathan and Jimme from Heaton Plumbing showed up. I once again explained the problem to them. The had a very sophisticated video camera with them. They ran it through from the "clean out" connection in my yard and sure enough the screw driver was approximately 12" from the clean out. Nathan pulled the screwdriver out with no problem. I then told Nathan that I had been having a recurring problem over the years with having stoppages in the toilet that required the use of a plunger to clear. He ran the video camera about 120' down the sewer line towards the city connection and lo and behold he found the source of my problem! The concrete city sewer pipe has a very jagged break right where my pipe comes into it. Of course, debris collects on the concrete until it stops up my service line. Nathan and Jimmie were able to give me a video recording (including audio narrative) that I can now send to the city of Pasadena and get them to fix the problem since it is on the city connection. It is not often that you run into a company that sincerely wants to satisfy their customers. My hat is off to Mr. Heaton, Nathan and Jimmie for going above and beyond in my time of need. <br />"
