"Terrific response time! Called for quote at 12:24 pm. Jim quickly evaluated my need for two 50 gallon gas water heaters. Recommended Bradford White gas water heaters to replace my 20 year old rusting water heaters. His crew of 3 arrived at 1:30 pm and by 3:30 pm new water heaters installed and old water heaters removed from 3rd story walk in attic. Very efficient and clean installation. Price exactly as quoted. If you need water heater replacement call Jim at Water Heater Pros!!!"

"Crew did an excellent job! pricing was fair, replaced to tank water heaters."

"Texans Water Heater quoted a very competitive price (over the phone - no site inspection or extra trip charge necessary) for the replacement of my old water heater with a similar unit (located in the ground floor garage). They were available to install within two days (amazing turn around given the "winter freeze" that had occurred just a few weeks before) - three technicians arrived on time and completed the replacement and packed up in less than two hours. I appreciated that they took some time to explain the install and offered suggestions on how to maintain the unit so that it lasts. The unit works great - we've had to turn the heat down even since it's so efficient - haven't had hot water like this in years."

"I was happy with them, but the shut off valve was leaking, I am not sure if it was leaking before or after he left but it cost me a lot of money to get fixed. The time was good, they were here about 2 hours."

"The company came within 2 hours of contact and inspected my water heater. We received a quote before the plumber left. The next day, Jacob the plumber, followed up with me to see if I still needed their services. I called him back to let him know that I did. Within 2 hours he was back at my house to replace the water heater. He was done replacing the water heater within 2 hours! I haven’t had any issues since the repair. Thank you Plumbing System Pro for your awesome service!!"

"The gentleman did an okay job at flushing my water heater , however he spilled water in my attic which then leaked over my bathroom and tried to convince me it rained and my roof was leaking. At the end, he hired some guys to replace the ceiling in the bathroom at the company expense."

"Very responsive and was able to get hot water heater replaced same day."

"I was having issues with my hot water not lasting too long, Emmanuel came out and diagnosed my water heater had a lot of build up and out of date. We came up with the conclusion to just replace with a new one. I have constant hot water now and set up a maintenance plan with him as well."

"Installed two new water heaters. Service was prompt, courteous, and the work was top-notch. Jon is the ultimate professional. Would highly recommend!"
