"I called in a near panic with a leak in my kitchen ceiling. They were able to come out the next day. When they were in my ceilings, they discovered (and showed me) huge sections of my hot water horizontal lines that were all but rusted through. Not only did they replace the two leaking sections of cold water horizontals; but they replaced ALL of the horizontal cold water and the horizontal hot water pipes that were easily accessible (I wasn't willing to let them cut up the rest of my living room ceiling to get the four additional horizontal lines; but, they will be doing that for me at some point.) The plumber that came out was courteous and explained what he was doing. While the work was quoted for half a day, it took him almost eight hours, but they still only charged what they quoted. However, I want to add that I am expecting to tackle a big plumbing job ("repiping") early next year and I had a number of questions on that type of job. Willie and I discussed this for about a half hour prior to him tackling the install. He answered all my questions and provided some good insight to that type of job. Additionally, estimates were made and delivered electronically for both the install job and the "future" repiping job prior to any work being done.
