Moore recommended the replacement system that would be more durable and require lower maintenance over time, and wrote a detailed proposal with a floor plan documentation. The team- five technicians!- were properly suited with protective gear and followed COVID protocols at all times on our property, inside and out. They wore shoe protectors while inside, kept us fully appraised at every task (all interior registers replaced in 11 rooms), and were extremely respectful of our space, privacy, pets, and kept noise and speaking to low levels. (our extremely friendly indoor cat got lots of attention from the team!) "Had an issue with a broken pull out shower handle. After assessing the issue, the plumber could not replace the old style pull out without risking damage to the pipes. I did my research and knew that this was a possibility due to the age of the handle. Aris first came on a Friday soon after making the request. After the assessment, and the recommendation to replace the internal pipe to a rotating handle, he was able to return early Saturday to finish the job.
