"Stephen did an amazing job. I dont even know how he got the water heater through that little hole in the attic but it looks great up there. You can tell he really cares about the work he does and does everything top notch. Spectacular work."

"Installed a new water line and shut off valve for ice maker. Did a great job."

"He was very knowledgeable about his trade and was very good at staying in touch throughout the whole project. With a new tankless water heater along with a water softener installation, Shon has updated my home for the better. Will recommend him to all my friends!!"

"Yes. Jacob, my service tech, diagnosed the problem with our garbage disposal.. He removed, replaced and ran the new garbage disposal. No problem. Jacob did a fantastic professional job. "Tim gave us an honest evaluation of our existing water heater and options for repair or replacement. We decided to replace the water heater and Tri-State scheduled the next day. Installation was professional and l think Tim is the kind of craftsman you want representing your organization. The fact that you install the Rheem brand helped close the deal."

"Could not have been happier. Quick to respond and coordinate a service visit. Forrest was very informative and professional. Repair diagnosed and completed very fast. Got the water heater back up to speed and saved me a lot of money compared to a total replacement. They warranty their work for a year."

"This was a difficult job and this group (William was the main plumber) was very professional and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for any plumbing problem. They knew what they were doing, had to dig up an old sewer line, repaired that line line with new clean outs, and put the area back better than it was before they dug up the line. The city of Fort Worth inspected and passed the repair. All was done in timely and professional manner. I have had other plumbers look at this job and either give me a ridiculous bid or refuse the job completely."
