I contacted several but Motion was the most reasonable and they explained exactly the process so I understood what was happening. They were prompt in fixing the problem the next day and very easy to communicate with with. They offered a great warranty and took the time to walk me through the work they performed. "I had a great experience with Western Rooter. Vinny and his team were very professional and friendly. I had an issue with a leaking vertical sewer pipe, which was located behind a wall. The team inspected the pipe and walked me through the various options and benefits/costs of each. After initially completing the work, they found some additional holes in a connecting pipe. Instead of trying to upcharge for the additional work, they completed the additional repairs at no cost to me because they wanted to make sure they finished the job in its entirety and leave me with a functioning pipe system. They are very honest and really went the extra mile to make sure the job was done correctly, even though it took them several extra days to complete it. "I needed my gas water heater to be replaced. Called around to several places from Angie list. Read the reviews about Tony and the company. Made the call spoke to Tony had schedule for Friday 9/15/23. I called back after our conversation and ask if he could stop on Thursday and he said yes he would send out his Field Supervisor Richie. Richie arrived early and was very cordial and answered all of my question. Keeping in mind I thinking that he is just going to assess what would be needed for Friday 9/15/23. Tony arrived and said what was needed. And then Richie went to work. The replacement gas water heater was replace with another Bradford White water heater. Mike, the technician, did an excellent job diagnosing the issue quickly and explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. He showed us what he found and recommended hydro jetting to properly clear the line. Mike was very professional, thorough, and made sure the sewer line was completely cleaned out before finishing. The hydro jetting worked perfectly and everything has been flowing great since. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the amount of work and the level of service we received. I really appreciate the honesty, quality work, and peace of mind. Highly recommend Mike if you?re dealing with a sewer blockage!"

"I am one that usually does not write reviews,here I go. The technician they sent Paul Muro was on time both days he was here. Paul went over each job I had walked him through and he explained what parts he would be using and how he was going to do the work. I needed 2 showers repaired, 1 with a new fixture and one rebuild work. I had a faucet in the garage that needed replacing. I also had a inch and a quarter copper pipe leak on my pool, underground. One final job was to repair the outside hose bib. Paul did most if not all of the work done. He would have a helper, but this person would be called to another job, this happen twice during the two days of work. Ok I&apos;m done writing my review, I know that it is long, but I could go on and I still couldn&apos;t say enough on how good Paul was on my home. Thank you, the only thing that got below A 5 rating was how much money it was costing. Have a good day."

"Personable, easy to work with and good listeners. I was pleased with the installation of the tankless water heater. It was professionally done, appearance of piping was good and upon completion they left the work site clean. Advised on other plumbing projects that could be beneficial to me and I appreciated the fact that Caesar corrected a wrong installation under the sink. "Jose is very competent at his job and courteous. He explained all that need to be done and also giving me options and for me to decide. He cleaned up afterwards. Cost was reasonable considering the amount of work performed. I would definitely recommend them especially for gas plumbing issues. Because researching for someone to work on gas plumbing needs to be certified. Not all plumbers work on gas lines."
