"Alex and his men did n excellent job! Alex explained what needed to be done n gave us an estimate for the entire job including materials. Told us it could take 3 days to complete. We were concerned about that because that was our only bathroom. He said if we were willing for him to stay later he could shorten that time. Alex had it done in a DAY!! Stay late into the evening but we had a bathroom when he left. Very polite n answered all our questions! Would definitely hire him again!"

"Drain Genie promptly answered my morning call & I had a appointment between 10-11 am. The service technician, a very pleasant young man was on time & happily agreed to keep the 6 foot distance & precautions due to the coronavirus outbreak. He only walked thru my house one time & conducted all the work at the outside clean-out & left by the side yard to avoid personal contact. He had me flush all the drains & commodes to make sure everything was running before he left. He gave me some advice about keeping drains clear. The job was completed in about 30 minutes. And the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend this company."

So I told Carlos, I would adjust for the work to be done. That said, Carlos was courteous and friendly. As well as knowledgeable in his work. He was quick and clean in his work and made sure it was done properly. There is "NO" question in my mind, that I would hire Carlos again (bathrooms to be done in the future), or RECOMMEND him to others. It was truly a no drama, no headache, experience.
