I called Mark's Lawn & Landscape and he was happy to come take a look to see how he could correct the issue. He came out a few days later, right on schedule, and said he could rectify the issue with no problem. Early the following week, his crew (two really nice guys) came out to properly grade my yard. They even carried it to the front yard to make sure the water didn't come close to my house. They provided the dirt, grass seed and hay for a very reasonable price. I had to work while the work was being done; but later that afternoon, Mark came out and went over the work with me. Their work was tested the very next day.
