"Ken replaced our water heater. Seems to know his stuff, and it's working fine. He had to take a trip out to get a missing part that he thought he had, but he adapted on the fly and still got the job done the same day only taking about an hour longer than expected. Friendly and capable."

"I had a water heater emergency on a Saturday, and my four girls were frantic with no hot water.  I called several plumbers who were not able to come out on the weekend or wanted way too much money.  When I called Steve at All about Plumbing, he was very nice and was able to come out the sameday.  He did not charge an estimate fee, gave me an estimate to fix the problem.  He installed a new heater that night and we were back in business and ready for Sunday morning showers before church.  He promised to be there at a certain time and was.  He was professional.  I would recommend to my friends and family."

"Stephen was great, my tub backed up with water and my toilet would not flush, turns out my septic field needed replacing. Very responsive, reasonably priced and best of all. I didn’t have to leave my home during the repairs. I’d give 10 stars if I could."

"We discovered that a corroded supply pipe to our main water cutoff valve had leaked over 33,000 gallons (per the local utility) while we were gone on vacation. We contacted Benjamin Franklin and they dispatched a two-person team within 30 minutes (at the end of the day). They dug around the main cut off valve and found the line break and repaired it with a new pipe connection. Then they retested it and asked that we flush the bathtub faucet (one without an aerator) to clear any possible grass or sediment debris that may have been trapped in the water line. After validating our pressure was correct, they completed the job. I was happy with their responsiveness and work quality. I would not hesitate to use them again."

"Called them late in the afternoon the day before the service was rendered, the first question was is it an emergency? The service I needed was not an emergency, however, the appointment was made for the morning of the next day. He arrived on time, was very professional, and putted on shoe covering before entering into my home . The plumbing was done quickly and he cleaned up all debris from the job site. I highly recommend them."
