"We had been having issues with Bats in the eves of our front entry for YEARS. They would come twice a year - first to mate and then to have their offspring. Their visits would leave bat poop all over our front entry steps every day for months at a time. Very frustrating. Chad responded to our request for help on the first day and was at our home for inspection and initial resolution within 2 days. After the first step of the process we waited 3 days for the bats to exit and then Chad did the final step to resolve the bat and bat poop issue. In July 2018, Breda crew came out on scheduled date and time, cleaned up and disinfected the bat and squirrel droppings, set traps and a bat net, and installed the metal flashing covering the construction gap around my entire roofline. Breda has come back out several times since to check traps, check the roof line, and check for any holes in ridge vents and soffit vents. I would highly recommend hiring Breda. Jason, Ryan, DJ, Taylor, Robert, Ralph, Jonathan, and the other crew members and office staff are easy to work with, answer all of your questions, and address all of your concerns. He came to do a free estimate (which the price was VERY affordable to have traps and trail cam for 2 full weeks so he could monitor the activity) and put out the trap and camera that morning.We had a raccoon infiltration. For an extra minor fee,he wrapped the corners of my front gutters at the roof line so squirrels couldn't get in the attic of our newly -replaced roof. Overnight,a raccoon got trapped and Tyler texted me first thing in the morning since he saw it on the trail cam. Inadvertently got an opossum ( he showed me how to open trap safely for opossums),but got another raccoon last night.As I type,I can hear another raccoon just got trapped (I get home after 10pm).
