"So I had a VERY old Janitrol gas boiler which was actually working fine up until a few weeks ago when it started leaking a little bit of water intermittently. Then the last week the leaking was sow yet much more constant. The leaking was coming from under the cement platform it sat on, so wasn t 100 percent sure it was the boiler. Until the recently installed (by another company) automatic water feeder started feeding about every 3 hours. Went on HomeAdvisor, On Time Piping and Heating was one of the first companies to pop up. Received a call from Matty almost immediately. This was a Saturday night, and he stopped by my house the next morning, determined that it was indeed a leaking boiler that needed to be replaced. Matty and his crew came out on Tuesday morning, arrived at 7am, and by approx 10am had a new working Williamson boiler. About 3 hours later their electrician came out and did the finishing touches. Their electrician noticed an issue with the previously installed automatic water feeder, and Matty had two of his team members come out two days later to put in a new electronic automatic water feeder which is much more compatible with the new boiler. Now everything is working great and much more efficiently. Matty and his crew are like family. Work great together, busting each other s chops in a friendly manner while quickly and effectively completing the job at hand. Very customer friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and they do not talk down to you. I recommend them to anybody who wants top notch, quick, and effective work done on their home heating system. At 8:00 PM. He drove the 45 minutes to my house looked at my situation and assured me all would be well until a new water heater tank was installed. Ackeno was very professional, polite, and most of all honest when it came to what the cost would be, and what he needed to do. Within 24 hours my new tank was installed. The old one was very corroded and had served me well for the 12 years that I had it. No one wants to have to replace a hot water tank but if you do Ackeno and his team will make it the most worry, free, and pleasant experience possible. "Good job but a little bit pricey. Also, I have my water tank replace and he did dispose of the old tank. Not even, bringing it out of the basement for me to put into street curbside for recycling pickup. I have to hire somebody to bring it up from the basement."
