Get matched with top water heater installers and replacers in Longmeadow, MA

"Don't hesitate in doing business with Ben and Water Heaters America. My experience was a call one day and hot water the next. An extremely fair price for a repair that others would recommend doing a full, much more costly replacement."

"Rich responded to my request for water heater service on a Saturday almost immediately. After quickly determining the tank would require replacement he arranged to secure a replacement (under warranty). Rich and his son arrived tank in hand on Monday and promptly got to work. Great job guys!"

"Tim was prompt and easy to talk to. Installed and removed the water heater in a short amount of time. His work was better than the previous installation. Would use him again in the future."

"David is always very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend! Came out to service my oil furnace and did a fantastic job. Prompt, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The furnace is running smooth and clean. I?ll definitely be using them again for future tune-ups!"

"The job was done right. This is an old house and it took a little more time, but I’m very satisfied!"

"I highly recommend Bearded Bear. David did an excellent job rebuilding our forced hot water system and replacing our ancient hot water tank. He was knowledgable, thoughtful, kind, and very responsive to our concerns."

"I hired this company to replace my water heater. He was very professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. The install was fast, it looked and worked great. Pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend this company to anyone."

"I have no issue with the quality of the work performed or the customer service given. They contacted me quickly, were able to come out quickly, and repaired the toilet in short order. My issue is the price. The plumber who did the work quoted me $375 for what was really only a < 1 hour job (a minor toilet repair). That is outrageous, in my opinion, even given that it was a same-day, short notice visit. Other plumbers I have used would have done the same job for less than half the money. These are licensed, insured pros. Other than the extremely high cost, I have no issue with the work. It was quality work, but was done at a very, very high price. I won't be using Rooter again."

"Everyone we were in contact with was easy to work with. Kept us up to date on status of order and the installers did a great job."

"Matt has helped us with numerous repairs as new home owners and we could not recommend him more highly. 2 of our neighbors have already called him because of the great, efficient and flawless work he does!! He has repaired and reworked our entire HVAC system, cleaned our tankless water heater, installed kitchen faucets, shower heads, our kitchen water filtration system, new toilet seats, just to name a few! He has answered every question we have had for him, big or small, is always responsive, patient, knowledgeable and kind. Matt is professional and timely. His customer service acumen is unmatched and his work speaks for itself. Matt is a gem!"
