"These guys are top notch. First of all, on a Saturday afternoon, they responded immediately to my phone call about my water heater which had sprung a leak. They were willing to come and do the job right then, but because of my work scheduling issues, I had to wait until Sunday for the full blown repair. Their answer? No problem! Then I asked them to talk me through turning off the correct valves so that I could at least have cold water to the house. Instead, they actually made a special trip to my house to make sure the leak had stopped and set me up with water for the night.
