So I called them Saturday evening and someone came the next morning, great customer service line and very efficient. They gave me detailed information on whoâ s coming and when. "I feel like I was price gouged because I was a woman without knowledge regarding plumbing. I paid over $800 for the gentleman to change a cracked pvc pipe and change the tank/flap on the toilet. First the guy told me $1395. After my neighbor came over and told me to call the company that service my irrigation system he called the office and it went from $1395 to $813. I took pictures what was fixed showed another professional and was told it shouldn't have cost me more than a couple hundred dollars. The gentleman was pleasant but most con artist are. The work was done very quickly. It took maybe an hour to complete the job. $800 an hour I'm clearly in the wrong line of business..."

"After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"

"We moved into our new home with a well 5 years ago.  No one had lived in it for several years.  The existing system had never been used.  (After the house was built it went into foreclosure - we had a several year old, brand new house as no one lived in it). So, the existing well/water system was brand new, unused but had also been neglected as it just sat there.  We had no idea what to do, was the system worth keeping? do we start completely over with a new one? The water that came out of our faucets smelled horrible, so we knew something needed to be done.  After trying to figure out things on our own, calling around and speaking to companies who wanted to replace the whole thing, we got Steve's number from a neighbor (we are each on 1 acre w/ well water and septic) and he took all the worries away.  He serviced what we had, made some recommendations that were very wise, added a tank and some other items for a fraction of the cost of what everyone else recommended.  Besides a few maintenace type repairs over the years (which are always completed in an extremely prompt, fairly priced fashion), everything runs great.  The company also now does monthly maintenance for the chlorine/saline (I really don't know what it is) and keeps things running smoothly.  I don't even have to think about it - our water is wonderful, smells great, taste great.
