"Mr. Floros worked with my schedule on a short timeline to replace our water heater. He professionally negotiated with me about how to get the job done approximately the way that I wanted while still meeting local code. When the job was completed, he cleaned up and took away the old unit. The price was a great value considering the work done."

"Installed new boiler and water tank and work was satisfying and service was good and prompt. Very knowledgeable professional and get it done in just one day. I would recommend other if they need to repair/upgrade their heating system"

"Justin and Cam, the technicians, did a great job. We have an old farmhouse with a very strange configuration of partial crawlspace and partial full basement, and water was leaking through the fieldstone foundation wall from the crawlspace. They quickly diagnosed that the problem was coming from 1 or 2 zones of the hot water radiator heating system, and they were able to shut off those zones to stop the leak, while allowing the house to still use water for sinks, toilets, and showers. We'll have to do more work later to replace pipes to the radiator but, because they are hard to access, we need to plan ahead for some construction work. I'm fully satisfied that these guys were able to find the problem and give us even a temporary solution that allows us to have our working plumbing again without the basement getting wet. Would definitely work with them again."

"Given the fact that having a water heater fail is never a fun experience, Joe and his team did such a fantastic job of making the situation so much better for us. Honest, hard working, fair pricing, and quality work. They were honestly a lifesaver given my wife was recently pregnant and being without hot water is not an option. They came out quickly for the estimate and there the next day for the install. Professional and courtesy and all around great team. Highly recommend!!!"

"installed my water heater within a very short time, super nice and very efficient and professional , i am very pleased with the work, thanks"

"Brian and his crew were great. Brian came out and gave a great estimate for everything I needed. He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. Brian brought Jim promptly and explained the work. They then pointed out a couple of things that they recommended replacing, one they just included in the original cost estimate and another they added on due to additional parts being purchased. Jim was very thorough and professional and, by all accounts, did great work. I’ll be using Heavy Doody for all of my future plumbing and heating needs!"

"They installed our malfunctioned water heater the same day. Jonathan and Raul did everything very professionally. We highly recommend them and will be using them for our next projects."

"Marcin was very professional and attentive. He was great at communicating and was very quick to respond. They removed an old hot water tank and installed the new tankless system. I would highly recommend his services. Looking forward to working with them again in the future!"

"I called then in the morning with a hot water issue. Jacob came the same day first thing in the morning and took care of the problem. I am happy to recommend Heritage for any plumbing, heating, and/or electrical issues."
