They were way outside of what other plumbers charge for this service and way outside of what Angi's has listed as average project costs. They did have an opening for next day installation which would have been fantastic but I couldn't justify the additional $2400."

"Seemed pretty inexperienced (although not sure that is unique these days given staffing shortages). Didn’t really understand the ask about the bathtub drain being clogged. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."
