"I had a last minute installation need and they made sure that I was not without a working stove for even a day. "Four Seasons did a fantastic job replacing our water line. We highly recommend them and will never use any other company. A special shout out to Elizabeth and Cedric - professional, patient and thorough."

"Four Seasons has done several projects for us. They installed a sump pump and water heaters. When a part was recalled on the water heater, they replaced it without delay. Workers have always been polite and efficient. As an animal lover, I also support a company that supports animal rescue also. Strongly recommend this company."

"

Just purchased a new house.   Supply valves for washing machine were leaking.   Called Peter, he asked me to take a picture of the valve and text it to him.   He called me right back and explained how I could do it myself and save a bit of $$.   The valves were so old, I was not able to get them removed.   Called him back and he came the next morning.    Replaced the valves and also fixed a simply problem with a toilet.

He gave me some ideas for adding a utility sink and took the time to explain the plumbing in our new house and some issues to look out for in the future.

I liked the fact that he offered alternatives to a service call and only recommended work that actually needed to be done.

"They were able to come in, configured, and installed properly the water heater and the furnace. They contacted the company and registered me on the agreement. It was a lot better than I anticipated. I made them the contractor of my choice. I was lucky to find them."

"They are replacing my water heater."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
