Not only did they get rid of the critters but they also sealed all entry points, removed all existing insulation that the animals had dirtied and destroyed, sanitized the entire attic after removal and blew in all new insulation. In addition, they gave us a 2 year warranty on the job as well as the ability to transfer this protection to new owners should we sell the property within the next 2 years. "Initially contacted early April 2015.  After discussing our prospective issue (evidence of mice in home build).  He was honest, direct about his availability and told me he would follow up when he was available.  He provided advice on what to check and seal as potential entry points.  He followed up as promised and we met at the building site yesterday morning.  He was at our property for a couple of hours, explained and questioned as we went through the process on the inside and outside of the structure.  I enabled  him to converse with our construction crew and builder.  He elaborated on other services Allman provides should we need more or desire a long term pest control treatment procedure.  
I feel good about this service visit and appreciated their professionalism, explaining and discussing the need.  I would use Allman Brothers again and shared his info with our current landlord and will share with Lesa Miller, my realtor/friend.

"After hearing claw scraping sounds from the crawl space on a Wednesday morning I joined Angie's List Thursday evening and searched  the top rated animal removal services. Mr. Lawson's All Animal Rodent Removal had the best references and an acceptable price structure. I called Mr. Lawson at 8 AM Friday and was lucky enough to get him before he left his office. He was here before noon and completed an inspection of the exterior of the house both on the ground and the roof. He determined where the animal was coming into the crawl space, he went into the crawl space and found that the incursion was recent due to the scent and lack of refuse. He placed a trap and instructed me how and when to check it. The next morning there was a raccoon in the trap. I called Mr. Lawson and told him, by the time we returned from running errands the trap and raccoon had been removed and a system installed to determine whether there were more animals under there. After my checking the system for several days with no evidence I called, he returned and installed screens behind the offending crawl space vents, as we had discussed in his previous visit. I highly recommend All Animal Rodent Removal."

"I had the fireplace doctors come out to see if my chimney had cracks in it because my roof was leaking.  They told me that the chimney looked fine but my old cap may be the cause.  They would have charged me 75 dollars just to come out and tell me the chimney looked fine or I could put that money toward the new $500 chimney cap.  I agreed to the new chimney cap, he took measurements and put my order in.  A couple of weeks later he came to put the cap on but it was too small and decided to hammer it in place which bent up the cap on one corner.  A couple of months later I noticed that the caulking had come undone around the flue and was dripping water which traveled down my rafter to the attic.  In their defense, it was a very hot summer so maybe the caulk melted...but still.  I called them and said I wanted the cap replaced.  They came out and took measurements again and had to fabricate the new cap which takes a couple of weeks.  After not hearing from them for about a month I had to call and inquire of the whereabouts of my cap.  Its really not easy getting a hold of them sometimes.  They have a call center in Florida so I guess its not necessarily the owners fault.  Anyway, after a couple days of back and forth they set up an appointment to come install the cap.  This time it was a little too big but that's ok.  A couple of weeks ago we had really strong winds in our area and I heard a lot of banging coming from the chimney.  I went up a couple of days later and saw that the flue had came loose in the cap and was banging from side to side.  There were only two screws to hold it in place and when it blew too far to one side, it came loose from the screw and then it blew to the other side and came loose from the other screw.  I tried to put the screws in myself but they came out a couple of days later.  So I called again, explained the problem and they set up an appointment to fix it.  I wasn't at home on the day of the appointment because I'm not going to take off 3 or 5 hours of work so they can do a 10 minute job.  I called the next day to see if they came out and the man on the phone said they did.  That evening I went on the roof to see if it was fixed and it was not.  I called again and played phone tag again for a couple of days and now they are supposed to come out tomorrow.  At least they try to get around to fixing it, ill give them that, but overall the experience hasn't been good.
