"Rarely (if ever) do I write reviews but we were so blown away by John from Lancaster Home Remodeling that I felt compelled to do so. We hired an architect for a major redesign of our home (addition, removal of walls, ceilings raised etc). We met with several contractors and liked John immediately. He was very thorough walking through the house and reviewing the architects design. He asked very detailed questions and it was clear when comparing John to the other contractors he was incredibly detailed oriented and we were unlikely to come across many surprises. After we hired John he was in regular communication regarding the start date and project timeline. He started right when he said he would and we were immediately impressed with work. John does not just pass off work to sub contractors. He was on site every day working, keeping everything on schedule and communicating with us about the status of our project. John caught things that the architect and engineers missed. There were several unexpected roadblocks and John handled each one of them calmly and confidently. You could tell this man has seen everything and knew how to solve anything our old house threw his way. John's craftmanship, work ethic and quality speak for themselves. Above all though, John is a good person, honest and friendly. I can recommend him with the utmost confidence."

"Overall I had a very good experience working with Rich and his crew and would definitely recommend them. RIch's understanding of the scope of work and estimates were accurate and prices were fair. He was very straightfoward and communicated in advance about potential problems that may be encountered before the work began (e.g., opening up walls), so we weren't completely surprised when some issues that needed to be addressed came up later. Minor issues always arise on projects like this. When I had a few minor problems with the work that was done (e.g., the door jamb that was installed was slightly off level), I was impressed how Rich took responsibility for it right away and fixed it no problem. Rich and his crew were good people and I would be happy to use them again."

"everything they did was excellent, their techs are highly trained, they work quickly and the end product for the install looks and works great. They have an annual maintenance contract that covers checkups in the spring for A/C, and the fall for the furnace. Never seen a more thorough report after each checkup. The office staff is very responsive and knowledgeable about all of their services, overall I would say they run a really great operation."

"William and his crew did a good job of the laborious and complex task of removing and replacing a rotting, out of date, porch structure on my home. William walked me through every step of the way and maintained great communication throughout the project letting me know where they were in the project as well as any difficulties or complexities that they faced. William stood behind his work addressing any and all concerns I had when the job was finished. I never felt abandoned or isolated at any point of the project. I felt more included in this project than at any time while working with different contractors. Overall, I highly recommend William. "It was very nice working with Lou and his team. He responded quickly to my request for a quote. I found his pricing to be fair. He and his team came and installed my roof in one day. The crew put down the tarps to protect my flowers and lawn. When they finished the site was all clean. Lou took the time to explain the details of the quote which I appreciated. He quickly responded to any questions I had . I would highly recommend Lou for your roofing needs. Iâ ve also hired him team to power wash my home. They did a fantastic job- it looks like a new house. I had a lot of moss on the north side of my home. They worked extra hard to get it all removed. After the power wash all the staining from the moss was gone. The crew cleaned up as they worked. Again, if you are thinking of power washing I would highly recommend Lou and his team."
