"Top notch; this will be my â go to â plumbing and heating service from now on... best Iâ ve seen in years !"

"I was very happy with the quick response I got. Within a few minutes of submitting a request for service, Jeff called. He was professional and accommodating. Our water heater broke and needed to be fixed before going away for the weekend. He was at my house the next morning and replaced the water heater in a few hours. J. Griffin employees are nice, respectful and explained what they did. I would highly recommend J. Griffin."

"This was a relatively small water heater repair, and Ryan did an outstanding job. He responded immediately to my request, provided a reasonable quote, was polite, professional, knowledgable, and friendly to deal with. Will definitely hire again if needed."

"Arrived on time and did exactly the work agreed to for the agreed price. Took about an hour to exchange water heater. Very professional."

"Justin and Cam, the technicians, did a great job. We have an old farmhouse with a very strange configuration of partial crawlspace and partial full basement, and water was leaking through the fieldstone foundation wall from the crawlspace. They quickly diagnosed that the problem was coming from 1 or 2 zones of the hot water radiator heating system, and they were able to shut off those zones to stop the leak, while allowing the house to still use water for sinks, toilets, and showers. We'll have to do more work later to replace pipes to the radiator but, because they are hard to access, we need to plan ahead for some construction work. I'm fully satisfied that these guys were able to find the problem and give us even a temporary solution that allows us to have our working plumbing again without the basement getting wet. Would definitely work with them again."

"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

"We lost our boiler - and all heat – just one day before a major snowstorm was forecasted to hit. I reached out to Chris from Chris Vaccarello Plumbing to see if there was any chance he could fix our existing boiler before the storm arrived. After thoroughly assessing the condition and issues with the old system, Chris explained the problems clearly and offered to install a brand new heating system the very next day. True to his word, Chris and his team arrived promptly at 7 AM on the day of the storm. They worked tirelessly and with incredible dedication straight into the night, just to make sure we had heat during the worst of the storm. Their commitment, teamwork, and professionalism was truly impressive. I would absolutely hire Chris again and highly recommend him and his team to anyone in need of plumbing or heating services. Their reliability and work ethic are second and none."

"Spencer will, without question, exceed your expectations, particularly if youâ ve ever dealt with a contractor. Spencer Home Services repaired a failed heating system for me in a unit that I rent out. Every other outfit I called (at least 4 North Shore operators) was too busy, quoted a ridiculous price, or gave me ranges of times a day or two out to get a first look.. I get that heat problems happen in winter, but it is a true professional that is responsive AND follows through.. Peter came out, assessed the situation and impressed me w/ his experience, acumen and old school values. Rich and Reese made a sizable task seem like no big deal. Super respectful-that this was someoneâ s house without heat, not a job. Sheila was a delight to deal with in the office.. Everybody else told me it might take a week or more to complete, and they preyed somewhat on my sympathy for timeline flexibility. With Peter and company, it was one call and a major heat repair was DONE in a few hours. Responsive like Iâ ve never known, theyâ re experts with old school values, Youâ ll be pleasantly surprised by hiring Spencer Home Services."
