"Our 18 year old AC finally but the dust last year. Kevin and Kenny with Top Shelf quoted us last year (fall 2019) for a full replacement of our HVAC + water heater. AC, furnace, water heater. Since the furnace and water heater were also 18 years old we decied to just replace everything together. They gave us another quote spring of 2020 that was the same. They were also well under their competitors pricing (6 other quotes) and much more thorough with their quote. They actually went into the crawl space to check the duct work, counted the registers, asked about heating and cooling issues in different rooms, triple checked what we currently had and made sure what they recommended to replace would be sufficient and efficient. Other companies sent a sales guy with a brochure. To be honest, I had some reservations about a new company but they were very down to earth and just seemed like professional good guys. They were that and more. On a sweltering hot day, that freak week of 90 F we got before the rain hit, they came out and installed everything. 12+ hour day they went at it. I think they took a lunch, at least I hope they did. Anyway, they worked hard. Everything looked fantastic after the install. Pipes were all wrapped, duct work was insulated and tight, pipes were good. Idk what Iâ m talking about but it looked a lot better than what Hubble did 18 years ago. The filter replacement rack is magnetic and super simple to use. The inspectors that came even commented on how well a job they did. And on top of that they explain everything. Wanna know how it actually works, theyâ ll tell you? Not just, hereâ s how to change a filter. If you need a repair, or a new system, call these guys now. Before their reputation continues to skyrocket and they charge premium because theyâ re the best and honestly worth every penny."

"There were some minor problems with the installations - a leaking faucet (brand new faucet installed by Magic), and another brand new faucet that had the cold side quit working a day after they installed new feeder lines. However, in each case, Magic quickly sent a plumber out to fix the issues. Overall, they installed 3 new faucets, two new toilets, and four new sinks. We'll have them out again to put in a water line for our new refrigerator/freezer's ice maker, as soon as the appliance arrives."

"$641 to cap a broken pipe was a joke. I felt if I was home the price might not have been as much. Felt like he kind of played my wife as he asked about our water heater air conditioner and other solicitations. Also gave us a $13,000 bid to replace the plumping in our entire house. Why????? Also to actually fix the problem it would cost even more. So we are left with only hot water in our kitchen until we get another plumber. Now that I write this I would like to redo my survey and give them a non recommendation and less than 3 stars. A little closer to 2. Please don t send me this company again and I will have to consider looking for a pro from another service. You guys have done us well in the past, but this sucks.
