"Michael was very friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE! He went above and beyond to insure that my project was completed! As my repair was a surprise for my wife, he advised we may not be finished before she came home from work, I was a little disappointed, but I could appreciate his honesty. However, even with having to grab a few supplies that he didn’t have on hand, he still BEAT THE CLOCK!! Woo-Hoo! He even made a few other needed repairs for me, that weren’t on my request. I would HIGHLY recommend him! FIVE STAR SERVICE!! I would ABSOLUTELY use him again"

"Very professional and personable. Very upfront about pricing and options for repairs. The request was followed up on the next morning, and the job was completed in a timely manner the next day. Thank you!"

"Had a water heater installed by DJ(the owner) and Brynner and they did an excellent job. They were very timely, did great work, great communication, and well priced. Would not hesitate to do business with them again!"

"Jesse came to asses and bid the job and gave me different options. I thought my water heater was 12yrs old-13maybe, but it was over 20. More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. AND THEN I learned about the membership without auto renewal AND I saved even more money on that! I can tell you, you can’t beat this company in price and coverage. And i just trust them. Trust is a big issue. They make money, but they give you so much more than the others and coverage thru membership that keeps you safe year after year if you’re smart. Thanks to Mother Plumber, I feel brilliant!"

"The job was more difficult than many because we upgraded from a 30-gallon water heater to a 40-gallon in a closet that was designed for the 30-gallon, so it was a tight fit. Although I had previously removed the door and trim to allow access, the walls remained as they were. The old water heater sat on the floor, and the new code required this one to be elevated 20” and other modifications as well. The plumber produced a neat, very professional installation in a very courteous and friendly manner. Bid was lower than others. I will use J. Rowe plumbing again."

"I recently had the pleasure of using Around the Clock Plumbers for the installation of my new water heater, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable."

"Services were completed as offered. Recommendations made for new services. Would recommend to anyone."

"The installation itself went well, and the additional items promised were received. We negotiated for more items since we didn't need an additional RO filter. NOW here is the BUT. We do have satisfactory whole house basic filtration, BUT it adjusts the pH the wrong way for us. Sales person tested water but I don't think she was used to seeing high pH like we have out here. We really needed a different solution to take care of that, but that wasn't suggested. So our water is even softer now. This keeps us from being satisfied with what is a good product otherwise. Last periodic servicing January 2017, satisfactorily performed."

"They did a great job! It went faster than I expected. I asked one of the guys if he had time, would he check a leak under my kitchen sink. He was very thorough. It turns out that we had a bolt still attached underneath the sink from a previous water filter installation. We needed a different type of bolt and he switched the bolts for free! He even gave me some much needed advice to help prevent further leaks from the faucet area. I really appreciated the extra mile! I am very pleased with Lone Star Water Services and would gladly recommend them to others."
