"Ben was great. Explained the repair and cost upfront. Good service. Great workmanship."

"Arrived on time. Scott found where leak was coming from immediately. Communicated issue well. He replaced leaking section of 1/2” Pex pipe under hall bathroom and recaulked tub spout. Completed task in a timely manner."

"Two years ago Riley Plumbing and Heating replaced the corroded galvanized water pipe from the street meter to my house, so I was very surprised to have another water leak in the back yard last month. Riley Plumbing came out again, and found that the new leak was due to another corroded galvanized pipe that was supplying water to the back yard irrigation system. They replaced this pipe, tying the water supply to the irrigation system to the water line they installed two years ago. Mike Rojas, Luis Ortiz and Aiden did the work in a professional manner, and left the back yard in good shape for re-seeding this fall. (Hopefully no more corroded pipes in my yard!)"

"They came on schedule and did the work without any issues. They left the site clean. I strongly recommend this company"

"Robert put in our hands free faucet and replaced a hose bib. He was very professional and pleasant. They worked around my schedule. I will hire them again!"

"Last minute day after call appointment on a Friday. Family coming in. Installed pipe from the wall, pee trap, pop up drain stopper and faucet in about an hour. Explained the whole process. Very courteous."

"Chris did an amazing job. Work was done with little to no issues. Parts were brought with him to complete repairs. Repair was fast and required little to no post work cleanup on my part."

"A technician from Hawthorne Plumbing came at the appointed time and did fabulous work! The shower drains perfectly now. Other vendors were quoting me in the $250-300 range, which seemed overpriced for about 20 minutes of work. Hawthorne had a "single drain special" for about $80, which was reasonable."

"My appointment was 8-830 am. I called at 910am because no one showed up. They did finally send a nice and competent plumber. I wouldn’t recommend them. The plumber was not running late but I believe he was never dispatched. I need a faucet replaced. I’ll hire someone else"
