"Very grateful for such an easy and pleasant experience when I suddenly found my very old hot water heater leaking all over the basement floor on a Sunday evening. I did a quick panicked search and thankfully Arctic answered my call and put me at ease with a quote for a replacement and an install appt for first call the next morning. Adam K arrived on time, was very sweet & professional, and installed our new unit in under an hour. Will definitely use Arctic again!"

"It's hard to find good work nowadays, but this company provided it with my boiler combi installation. Dustin, and Eric answered all my technical questions in regards to my old boiler setup, and the installation crew completed the job professionally. I had 4 Hvac company estimates, and I settled with them because of Dustin's knowledge, and patience. I would definitely recommend this company to all my family, and friends."

"received an estimate much lower than Horizon Services for same brand of water heater.  Installed the heater, expanded and redirected the vent pipe.  Good service, very polite, responsive and tidy.  I have used them before to install a sink.  I would use then again.

"We moved to new house recently and found that water heater has stopped working We called many plumbers to check the issue but everyone asked to replace it Andrew Stewart took a pragmatic approach to first try to clean the plate underneath and purged the gas, checked the gas pressure. His expertise lead the water heater started working again without having even a single part replaced. He waited patiently to check if everything going fine for another 45 minutes Thank you for your service, keep up the good work."
