"I really liked Eric he gave us an estimate over the phone 350-400 to install about 6ft of gas line to a dryer and 15 ft of venting. When he finished the job he said it would be $500 because the pipe was 3/4 instead of 1/2. I did not feel like it was right. He should of asked the size of the pipe or asked prior to doing the work. "Unfortunately, I needed an HVAC company to fix my AC during a heat wave. Most companies were 5+ days out before they could even diagnose our problem. Called 3 highly visible companies, from their marketing, who said they wouldn't even work on our unit. I went with a referral from a neighbor, mistake. This company took a week to get to us then the tech went MIA for 5 days with no contact when he said he would be back tomorrow with parts. Won't mention their name as there could have been multiple uncontrollable reasons why. Our tech's name was Lucas who was efficient with his time, talked me through what was going on and gave us our estimate which we were happy to move forward with. Lucas fixed our problem in under 20 minutes. Me being me, I watched each step and saw the quality work. He even put in a fuse to ensure the same problem didn't happen again to our transformer. Once he fixed everything and got our new thermostat power, our AC has been working perfectly ever since. I'm now a really big supporter of Excel Air. Their office staff worked with our insurance company after hours and actually updated us (what company does this these days) the entire way. I can't tell you how impressed I was from their office, Lucas and most of all their successful resolution of our problems with our AC. Thank you Excel Air!"
