"Great service and communication! Excellent plumbing work."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service Flow did an excellent job replacing my old water heater and piping everything in with copper. Their professionalism, workmanship, and clear communication throughout the entire process really stood out. The job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. I’m very happy with the results, would highly recommend Service Flow, and will definitely be using them again in the future."

"We had a hot spot on the floor and a high gas bill last month leading us to suspect a slab leak. We called several plumbing services and Personal Plumbing was able to come out the next day with their own slab leak tech. The techs were on time and took about three hours to find the leak and reroute and place pipe to repair. They were able to avoid more holes in the drywall by placing the pipe on the exterior garage side, extending us savings. They also showed great integrity by letting us know that any repair would also have to replace factory pressure valve that was no longer working (putting pressure on our system). We will definitely keep them in mind for any other plumbing work we need done!"

"Jason was knowledgable and understanding. Did his research and was able to install the phyn plus used to monitor my home for leaks. Made sure install was correct and no leaks!"

"Nikolaus was amazing, he was early, fast, and he explained everything that he was doing. Such a kind and honest person, as a woman sometimes I feel like people doing repairs on my home can be dishonest and try to charge a lot, but I didn’t feel that way with Nikolaus. He was great!"

"The tech arrived on time and performed the tank of clearing the main water line at the front of My property. All items and debris were clean and removed."

"Tommy came out to look at the problem I had with my water heater and gave me his best options to get the job done. Tommy was very professional and explain all details. We scheduled them out the next and they completed the job professionally. I will refer this company to everyone who is looking for a plumber. Thank you."

"Clem called me immediately after I placed a request. He was very polite and professional. One of our family friends is already on his way to help us with this problem. I wrote his name into my contacts and will call him when I have another plumbing need."

"new toilet install and pressure valve replacement. Quick and effecient"

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Authority Plumbing, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the outset, they came to my home with a plan that demonstrated their deep understanding of plumbing challenges. Clayton, the technician assigned to my project, was exceptional. He took the time to listen to my concerns and opinions, making sure that I felt heard and valued. He explained each step, ensuring I was comfortable with the plan before proceeding. When a sub-contractor was brought on to streamline the process started making several errors, Clayton quickly took charge of the situation. They fixed these mistakes, alongside resolving my initial drainage issues, at no additional expense, was truly remarkable. The team demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring the work was completed to the highest standard. Thanks to their efforts, my plumbing issues have been resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of professional plumbing services."
