They did a complete remodel of the first floor in my house that included 1) Gutting and a complete remodel of the kitchen, half bath and laundry rooms (3 full slabs of stone were used as counter tops and back splashes). 2) Installing 1,300 square feet of oak flooring (they used over 3,000 screws to secure the underlayment and eliminate squeaking). Their bid was a fair price and lower than many other contractors who quoted the project. The only cost adjustments were for unanticipated issues and changes I made to the original quote and the amounts were reasonable. Robert, David and their crew paid close attention to detail and performed the job as if they were working in their own homes. They were very flexible and adaptable when issues came up (such as unexpected pipes in the wall) and very helpful in offering suggestions and implementing solutions. Since I wanted to be closely involved in decisions, they included me in all appropriate areas, and I felt like I had input and was listened to.
