"I had contacted Critter Control after having a problem with a raccoon making a nest in my attic. Fortunately, my next door neighbor was kind and brave enough to trap and dispose of the animal. Craig Howard stopped by and after inspecting the attic and taking pictures of the raccoon's feces in multiple locations there and potential entry points outside my house, came up with an itemized estimate to decontaminate and sanitize the attic; safely remove old fiberglass insulation and blow in new R-36 cellulose insulation (eco-friendly with 15% boric acid). "Everything was GREAT! One day after work I walked into the kitchen and saw a GIANT rat on my counter top. I am extremely freaked out by them. I grabbed my baby and ran outside, I was not going back inside until that sucker was gone. As I was on the phone with my husband (the neighbor must have heard our conversation) my neighbor said they were dealing with the same problem. They spoke VERY highly about Billy, and Pest Roper! I just couldn't believe that! After the house was sealed he returned to check the traps, and we ended up catching a total of 16 rats. Once all of the rats were gone Billy and David sanitized and disinfected the attics. Billy also removed all of the rat droppings that were in the storage area and on top of my A/C unit. The whole experience from scheduling with Sharon to the work being done by Billy and David was hassle-free.
